This is intended as a guide for NoVES committees, teams, and task forces. In most cases it refers to skills and responsibilities of the committee as a whole, not of individuals.
| Skills needed: | Familiar with the workings of the AEU Good personal relations with the key AEU volunteers and staff members Good communicator Adequate knowledge of the programs and activities of other societies to be alert to the opportunities for productive networking |
| Responsibilities: | Keeping the NOVES Board and members informed about developments at the AEU of potential interest. Helping NOVES to keep the relevant volunteers and staff members of the AEU informed of the particular interests and desires of NOVES Facilitating networking between NOVES and other Ethical Societies. |
| Member Term: | Annual appointment. No term limits. |
| Measurement of Success: | Number of classes and students in classes. Board and members are familiar with AEU programs and activities. Good participation of NOVES members in AEU activities. Volunteers and staff of the AEU are familiar with NOVES' desires and perceived needs. Increased networking between NOVES and other Ethical Societies. |
