This is intended as a guide for NoVES committees, teams, and task forces. In most cases it refers to skills and responsibilities of the committee as a whole, not of individuals.
| Skills needed: | Willingness to learn how to use laminating machine. Willingness to learn how to make badges. |
| Responsibilities: | Designs badge based on input from the Leader and/or Board. Makes sure badge is provided in a timely fashion to all members who need one. Makes sure appropriate badge making supplies are purchased. |
| Member Term: | Two years. |
| Measurement of Success: | Members like the design of the badges. Badges are prepared for new members very soon after they join. Current members requesting a new badge get one shortly after they make their request. |
