This is intended as a guide for NoVES committees, teams, and task forces. In most cases it refers to skills and responsibilities of the committee as a whole, not of individuals.

Offers to provide additional platform music by Chorus for special occasions such as Winter Fest and Spring Fest. Coordinates with Platform presenter to choose music relevant to Platform subject. Rehearses with Chorus twice a month (traditionally the 1st and 3rd Sunday mornings). Selects music for Chorus. Purchases music for Chorus through NOVES budget as needed. |
| Member Term: | No term limits. |
| Measurement of Success: | Positive responses from NOVES members and choral members. |
| APPENDIX: | Collected wisdom from past committee members: The chorus is meant to be fun. It welcomes people, including children, at all levels of ability. There is no requirement that members be able to read music. Choral members are encouraged, but are not required, to attend rehearsals and Platform performance. It is best to present the Chorus as "professional" as possible, including steps to have the Chorus appearance to be serious yet enjoyable, with non-casual dress. |
