We uphold the right of all people to civil liberties.  Human dignity requires freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and equal treatment under the law.  As the servant lf the people rather than the master, government’s role shall be to promote these rights, assuring equal access to housing and employment for all. The government shall provide a system of public education, maintaining separation of church and state.
