John Patrick is a doctoral student at George Mason University in the Environmental Science and Policy program. He is a Program Evaluator for the EPA Office of Inspector General currently assessing the EPA’s Climate Change program. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and has served 17 of his 32 years of his Federal career as a Federal law enforcement agent, most recently with the EPA.
